Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation(GSRTC) today launched a brand new Volvo bus service on Ahmedabad – Rajkot – Ahmedabad route. Contrary to private luxury buses, the GSRTC Volvo buses are allowed to move inside the city limits in Rajkot and Ahmedabad.

Good push back seat, LCD for entertainment, a newspaper for each passenger, good air conditioning system and air suspension are some of the features of the Volvo bus service launched today.

Pick up point Ahmedabad- Paldi, Nehrunagar, ISKCON, Sarkhej Ujala, Bavla road, Bagodra highway, Limbdi highway, Sayla highway, Chotila highway, Rajkot.

Pick up points in Rajkot: Trikon bag, Civil hospital chowk, Delux, Greenland chokdi, Chotila highway, Sayla highway, Limbdi highway, Bagodra, Bavla road.

Fare from Ahmedabad to(Rs.) Bavla 80, Bagodra road 137, Limbi highway 217, Sayla highway 285, Chotila highway 342, Rajkot 433.

Fare from Rajkot to(Rs.) Chotila highway 91, Sayla highway 160, Limbdi highway 228, Bagodra road 308, Bavla road 365, Ahmedabad 433.

Timings Ahmedabad to Rajkot: 6.30, 7.30, 9.30, 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.35, 14.30, 15.30, 17.00, 17.45, 20.30

Rajkot to Ahmedabad: 6.30, 7.30, 9.30, 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.35, 14.30, 15.30, 17.00, 17.45, 20.30
