Second session of “Chai pe charcha” with NaMo on 8th March

New Delhi, 4 March 2014

BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will interact with people from 1,500 locations across the country and abroad on March 8 during the second session of “Chai pe charcha” programme.

BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said Modi will be in the national capital this time on March 8, unlike the last time when he was in Ahmedabad, to interact with people at 4 pm. The location will be finalised soon, he said. Modi is likely to attend the party’s Central Election Committee meeting on the day when the BJP will announce its second list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Being organized on International Women’s Day, Modi will this time take questions from audiences at various locations on the issue of women empowerment. The last programme(on February 12) was on the theme of good governance on which Modi answered questions.

Five mediums – DTH, satellite, Internet, mobile phones and social media – will be used for the campaign that entails “share, ask and suggest”.
