First he climbed a ladder on road and tried to conceal rival BJP candidate Narendra Modi’s hoardings, but nowadays Congress candidate from Vadodara Shri Madhusudan Mistry is concealing his own face in Congress hoardings, just to ensure that the cost of banners don’t add to candidate’s expenses as he has filed his nomination, and there are strict rules on candidate’s expenditure limit after nomination is filed by a candidate.
