Decision on bail plea of three cops likely this week

Order on bail plea filed by former cops Abhay Chudasama, Dinesh MN and ML Parmar is likely to arrive on Monday, 28 April in Mumbai High Court. The Supreme Court has recently granted bail to suspended IPS Rajkumar Pandian after seven years of jail. Other accused are hopeful to get bail. The cops are jailed for their alleged role in allegedly fake encounter of gangster Sohrabuddin Sheikh.
