Congress led UPA’s undeclared prime ministerial candidate Rahul Gandhi continues to speak lies about Gujarat during his campaign tours. Even on foundation day of Gujarat, he speaks lies about Gujarat, in his rallies in poll-bound Himachal Pradesh.
Even after Narendra Modi corrected several lies spoken by Rahul in public rallies recently, Rahul shamelessly today again repeated same lies about Gujarat. He today said Gujarat hasn’t RTI commissioners and Lokayukta. The fact is, Gujarat has three RTI Commissioners( who care called information commissioners as per the RTI act) and independently functioning Lokayukta in office.
It is not understandable that due to which mental complex Rahul is still not on twitter. Dozens of people have today tweeted the pictures of Gujarat Lokayukta taking oath, and also the web link of Information Commission of Gujarat.
Rahul in his earlier rallies used to speak against Gujarat government’s decision to give sops to Tata Nano car plant, but after recent court verdict favoring Gujarat government’s decision, Rahul has stopped speaking about Tata Nano. But then why Rahul fails to show same corrective approach when it comes to other lies in his speech is a serious question.
When Rahul speaks about Gujarat government’s land allotment to industries, he mentions land measurement in meter. How is this Vice President of national ruling party who doesn’t know that land is measured in square meter and not in meter. It seems there’s no one in Congress to dare and tell this to Rahul, or alternatively Congress men may not have much interest in Rahul’s good.
Rahul regularly speaks about unemployment in Gujarat, while the fact is that Gujarat had been declared a state with least unemployed persons by central government’s labour ministry.
Narendra Modi in his speeches says it with smile how in recent rally Rahul said Gujarat has 27,000 crore vacant jobs, while the fact is that Gujarat’s population is 6 crore and India’s population is 125 crore.
In his one of the speeches Rahul said that during its formation days, Amul was opposed by BJP people in Gujarat. The fact is, when Amul was founded, BJP was not in existence.
There are such numerous other examples of Rahul’s lies that can be put here. So while Narendra Modi says, ‘tum mujhe saath do, mein tumbe surajya dunga‘ it seems Rahul’s mantra should be, ‘tum meri rally mein aao, mein tumhe juth dunga.’
Thanks to twitter and Facebook discussions, more details from Amethi are coming out in text and pictures. The area which was represented by Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi is in shameful condition. Rahul should stop speaking lies about Gujarat.
