Following are glimpses of Naranpura MLA, national general secretary of BJP and party’s Uttar Pradesh state in charge Shri Amit Shah’s speech in the Gujarat assembly during farewell of Prime Minister-designate Shri Narendra Modi.
Amit Shah:
The verdict reflects support of people to welfare state that has been created by Narendra Modi government. The verdict reflects people’s support to his governance, his development drive. Some people point out that Gujarat was developed state before Modi too, I want to say that under Modi, fruits of development reached where there was no development earlier.Today BJP is victorious in tribal, dalit and coastal areas. The Modi govt gave special thrust on villages, agriculture, education and health sectors in 12 years. Gujarat is first state to give round the clock power to villages.
During my nationwide journey I was surprised to find that there’s no part in Gujarat where youths from other states have not come for employment. Such youths returned to their state and became ambassador of Gujarat. They spread fragrance of Gujarat in their states. There was great feeling of curiosity and trust attached to Gujarat. There was a situation of total loss of trust. Multi party rule can never deliver welfare state. Hope attached to Narendra Modi converted into trust and trust converted to opinion(verdict), that was the story of Lok Sabha general elections.
Modi is familiar with nation’s problems. He has no need to read books to study the problems of India. He has ability to solve nation’s problems.
The nation will once again realize that trust put on a Gujarati can never go to waste.
