Anandiben Patel allots portfolios to Ministers

Chief Minister Anandiben Patel today took charge of her office and allotted portfolios to the ministers. Anandiben was Revenue minister in Narendra Modi government and she has kept this department with herself. Her portfolio of Road and Building department has been handed over to Nitin Patel. Saurabh Patel has been handed over Nitin Patel’s Finance portfolio. Anandiben has kept important departments like Industry, Ports, Information and Broadcasting, Narmada, Urban development, Revenue with herself. She has not shared these department with any junior minister.

General Administration, Administrative reforms and training, Industry, Home, Climate Change, Ports, Information and Broadcasting, Narmada, Kalpsar, Revenue, Disaster Management, Urban Development, Urban housing, all policies and portfolios not allotted to other ministers.
Nitin Patel: Health, Medical education, Family Welfare, Road and Building, Capital scheme, Transport
Ramanlal Vora: Social justice( SC welfare, social and educational backward class welfare)
Bhupendrasinh Chudasama: Education(primary, secondary, old-age), Higher and technical education, Food civil supply and consumer affairs, Science-technology
Saurabh Patel: Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals, Mine and minerals, Kutir udyog, Salt industry, Printing and writing instruments, Planning, Tourism, Civil aviation, Labor and employment
Ganpat Vasava: Forest and environment, Tribal development, Parliamentary affairs
Babu Bokhiria: Water resources, Water supply, Agriculture, Cooperatives, Animal husbandry, Fisheries, Cow development

Dilip Thakor: Welfare of social and educational backward classes, Labor and employment
Vasuben Trivedi: Women and child development(independent charge), Higher and technical education
Pradipsinh Jadeja: Law and justice, Pilgrimage development, coordination of NGOs, Non resident Gujaratis department, Protocol(independent charge), parliamentary affairs
Chhatrasinh Mori: Food and civil supply, consumer affairs
Jaydrathsinh Parmar: Road and building, Capital scheme

Govindbhai Patel: Agriculture and water supply, Enviornment and forest
Nanubhai Vanani: Sports, Youth and cultural activities(independent charge), Water resources(barring Kalpsar), Education(primary, secondary and old-age)
Jayantibhai Kavadiya: Panchayat, Rural housing, Rural development(all independent charge)
Shankarbhai Chaudhary: Health and family welfare, Transport, Urban housing
Tarachand Chheda: Kutir Udyog, Salt industry, Cow development
