Gujarat CM’s security scaled down from Z+ to Z

Professionalism in decisions welcome. The state Home department of Government of Gujarat, after thorough assessment of Chief Minister Anandiben Patel’s security requirement decided to scale down Chief Minister’s Z+ category security to Z category. Anandiben’s predecessor Narendrabhai was given Z+ category security. The number of security personnel for Anandiben has been reduced to hald compared to previous CM. The state home department has sent these police personnel in CM security duty back to their original postings. The protection by special black cat commandos given to Modi by the government of India has also been withdrawn.
