Two party-plots in Ahmedabad-West sold off for multi-storeyed housing

Two party plots well known in Ahmedabad-West are sold. They are likely to be converted into multi-storeyed building scheme soon. Party plot owners have stopped taking new bookings.
One of these two, Chandni party plot is situated near Jaydeep Tower/Jivraj Mehta hospital. The other party plot is Chandan party plot in Jodhpur area. According to owners of party plot, there was no major gap between revenue from functions and maintenance cost of plots.
Chandni party plot owner owns another two nearby party plots Akash and Aman.
