Ahmedabad, 13 June, 2014
Showers are reported in some pockets of Gujarat on Friday including Junagadh, Kutch, Jamnagar and Gandhinagar. At Dwarka, coastal waves were so strong that the administration deployed police force on Gomti Ghat to prevent entry of pilgrims. As it is Poonam today, the rush is significant, but pilgrims are not allowed to take bath at Gomti due to dangerous nature of coastal waves. The sky is partially sunny and cloudy at places across Gujarat on Friday. Strong wind continued to be experienced across the state during Friday.
