OP Kohli to sworn in as Gujarat Governor on 16 July

Delhi based BJP leader Shri O.P. Kohli who has been appointed as the Governor-Designate of Gujarat by the President will take oath on Wednesday evening at Town hall in Gujarat capital Gandhinagar.
Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court Bhaskar Bhattacharya will administer oath.
Shri Kohli’s five years term as Governor will begin from the day of oath taking.
Born on August 9, 1935, Mr. Kohli has done his M.A. Prabhakar Sahitya Ratna. He was member of Rajya Sabha from 1994 to 2000. He had remained president of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, professor at Deenbandhu College and president of Delhi University Teachers Association.
