Gujarat Congress state executive passes 6 resolutions

Gujarat Congress’s state executive meeting convened at state party headquarters today passed following resolutions:

-High Power Committees will be formed to implement the Amdavad ghoshna patra which was drafted after state Congress’s Chintan shibir recently.

-Gujarat Congress will start membership drive fro 9 August which will continue till 20 August.

-Gujarat Congress will boycott the supplementary books by Dinanath Batra that are made compulsory by state government for 42,000 government primary and secondary schools. Government’s letter in this connection will be set on fire.

-District Congress committees will give programmes against price hike in all major cities.

-Congress will demand judicial probe against corruption of Gujarat government and hold dharna against corruption at every district headquarters.

-State government should pay relief amount to those/kin of those who have suffered lose of life/property during recent heavy rain. Fodder and cash dole should be given by the state.
