Encounter case: Amit Shah absent in court, next hearing on 14 August

BJP President Amit Shah again skipped today’s hearing in Sohrabuddin encounter case in Mumbai court. Next hearing is scheduled on 14 August. Meanwhile in today’s hearing Sohrabuddin’s brother Rubabuddin filed an application demanding Narco test of all 38 accused. The court has not rejected his application, but any decision on this application will be taken after next hearing.
