Mayor on the move, 2700 km travel in 18 days

This is not the story of particular person and particular Mayor. This story actually is indicative about all those holding public offices.
RTI query has revealed that Vadodara Mayor Bharat Shah has traveled 2,700 km in 18 days in his new Tata Arrea car.
RTI reply to Atul Gamechi reveals that a new car was allotted to Mayor on 1st August, after which Mayor traveled to Gandhinagar on 5 August, Unjha on 10 August, Gandhinagar on 13 August, Ahmedabad on 15 August and Palitana on 17 August.
Clarifying these figures, Mayor said he received invitation to events in Palitana and Unjha as Mayor and therefore he used official car.
