Shiva Solanki gets bail, Babu Bajrangi’s bail plea rejected

CBI court has granted bail to Amit Jethwa murder case accused Shiva Solanki who is in jail for last two years. Shiva will need to surrender his passport, will need to seek permission to travel outside Gujarat and will have to give bond of Rs. 5 lakh. Shiva Solanki is son of brother of former BJP MP Dinu Bogha Solanki. The court has granted bail mainly on ground that trial of this case is pending.
In another case, the Gujarat High Court has rejected bail plea of Babu Bajrangi who is in Sabarmati jail in connection with year 2002 Naroda Patiya riot case. Bajrangi had sought bail for treatment of his son. Court had asked him to submit medical reports of his son. Bajrangi was earlier given bail for his own treatment.
