Ishrat and Sadiq encounter cases get new Judges

Ishrat Jahan and Sadiq Jamal encounter cases have new Judge. Ishrat Jahan case judge Geeta Gopi has been replaced with KR Upadhyay while Sadiq Jamal case judget PC Rawal has been replaced with MM Gandhi.
Gujarat High Court had transferred CBI special court judges Geeta Gopi and PC Rawal to High Court. Geeta Gopi and PC Rawal were CBI court judges under whom hearing of Ishrat Jahan encounter case and Sadiq Jamal encounter case was going on. Geeta Gopi whose court hear Ishrat Jahan case was made Additional Registrar(Inspection) while PC Rawal whose court hears Sadiq Jaman encounter case was made Additional Registrar(Vigilance) in the Gujarat High Court after transfer.
