–Principal Secretary, Industries and Mines, Government of Gujarat, Atanu Chakraborty has been hospitalized today after he complained chest pain during a meeting in Swarnim Sankul – 1. Atanu Chakraborty has been busy these days in preparations for the Vibrant Gujarat summit which is going to be held in second week of January in Gandhinagar.
–Former head of Medical Council of India Ketan Desai’s daughter’s wedding today in Ahmedabad is likely to be attended by Chandrababu Naidu and Akhilesh and Mulayamsingh Yadav.
–Leader of opposition in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation(AMC) Shri Badruddin Sheikh today paid sudden visit to Shardaben hospital today where jaundice patients are admitted. He alleged that patients have to purchase medicines from outside when ideally it should be available in hospital for free.
–Ahmedabad railway station is likely to get wi-fi facility in first quarter of next year. The other two stations are Agra and Varanasi. It should be mentioned that Bangalore railway station has got such facility this year.
