Season to attempt Guinness world records in Gujarat

It looks like a season to break Guinness book of world records in Gujarat.
–On Friday, 28 November, Surat based PP Savani Group organized Mehndi event where 521 women had mehndi in hand. The previous record was 250 girls making mehndi in hand at same place. Guinness Book of Records representative Anna Airford was present to supervise the record. She too had mehndi in her hand.
–On 29 November, on the occasion of World AIDS day, the Aids Prevention Club of Rajkot will make red ribbon which symbolizes AIDS. This task will involve as many as 1200 students. On 30th November, 1,000 gas balloon will lift this 20 ft long ribbon up in air. On 1st December, 7,000 students, 400 teachers and 2,000 parents will make 4,000 ft long ribbon in Virani high-school campus to make world record.
–On 30th November, Jamnagar based Bharatsinh Parmar and his team will attempt to break 8 world records. As Guinness book of records team is arriving in Jamnagar to verify his claim of making a 86 ft long bike, Bharatsinh planned to attempt more records. His team has now made a 17 ft dantardu, 43 ft pavdo, 14 ft shield, 40 ft calipers and more to attempt world record.
–The city of Vadodara has planned to set a new record of maximum children playing drum at one place. The attempt will be made during VADFEST 2015 in January. Prime Minister Narendra Modi may visit Vadodara on this occasion which is going to take place at Reliance stadium on January 24.
