Shakahari at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad launches ‘Vibrant Gujarati Rasoi’

Over the last 5 years, Shakahari, the specialty vegetarian restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad has enjoyed the status of being the only vegetarian restaurant of Marriott group in entire world.

Adding a tinge of spice to its extensive culinary repertoire, Shakahari has now introduced the much celebrated ‘Gujarati cuisine’ including Gujarati Thali for its patrons.

Cooking up the delicious ‘Vibrant Gujarati Rasoi’, will be the newly appointed renowned Gujarati Maharaj – Mitesh Saraiya, who has been the man behind some of the other famous Gujarati restaurants like Vishala, Ame Gujarati and Chokhi Dhaani.
