Second arrest in Pakistan flag case in Gujarat

Police has made second arrest in Pakistani flag case in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat.
On 9 January, one Akbar Mohhamed Tank(42) was arrested by Palitana police in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat for swaying Pakistani flag on his terrace.
Tank was later produced in court. He was sent on remand till 15 January. During his remand, Tank admitted his son’s involvement, following which police arrested son Ilyas Akbarbhai Tank and produced him in court. As per court order, Iqbal has been sent to judicial custody(jail).
Tank and his son both are booked under IPC section 153(C) for act of attempting to disturb harmony between religious groups.
