Zydus school bus hits 8 vehicles on SG highway in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, DeshGujarat

Zydus school mini bus today hit 6 cars and 2 two wheelers near Pakwan cross road on SG Highway in Ahmedabad. The accident took place in the afternoon when on a busy junction, all vehicles were on halt due to red signal. A minibus of Zydus school apparently due to failure of brakes hit one car from backside so powerfully, that in chain-effect five more cars and two Activa two-wheelers suffered damage. Two women are minorly injured in this incident. There were no school children inside the bus when accident took place. Bus driver who left the place immediately after this accident went to nearby police station and admitted his mistake. He said bus lacked maintenance. Immediate question arises is that this school charges hefty fees from students, but it just failed to give enough attention to maintenance of its school bus! More details are awaited.
