SRK to recreate Gujarat in Mumbai for Raees

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s film Raees, based on late 1980s Ahmedabad bootlegger gangster Abdul Latif’s life, will be shot in Mumbai. Director Rahul Dholakia is reportedly recreating Gujarat in Mumbai’s film city as he feels that Ahmedabad has changed a lot since 1980s and it would be more convenient to shoot the action scenes of Raees on a closed set. The film has Pakistani heroine. The film is likely to go on floor soon.
