Gujarat BJP enrols 50 lakh members through online method

Gujarat BJP today said, it has enrolled 50 lakh members so far during the ongoing nationwide membership drive through online method. Online membership is accepted through miss call of mobile phone.
In a statement issued by state BJP media cell, spokesperson IK Jadeja described this achievement as a new record.
State incharge of ongoing membership drive, Shri Mansukh Mandavia said that ‘sangathn parva’ was started on 9 November and it will continue till the end of the month of March.
He tweeted, “the BJP Gujarat has registered total 5,049,222 in all India telly of 47,102,306 while maintaining number 2 spot” nationwide(after East Uttar Pradesh).
