Presented here is second part of Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley’s speech in reply to Budget discussion in Lok Sabha today. Barring some obstructions made by (as usual) Congress and other opposition members, the speech is fantastic and provides much clarity about the approach this government has taken when it comes to fiscal discipline and factors responsible for that.
