You fail to book IRCTC e-ticket, because touts use software

Why you can’t book e-tickets on IRCTC site? The answer lies is in a specially made software that touts use.
Anti touting squad of Mumbai Railway Crime Branch and Navsari RPF team raided Master Mind school in Sachin area and caught Narsinh Ramolu Somaiya Das Hari and Suraj Narsinh Ramolu Das Hari who had a software to book 72 tickets in 1 minute on IRCTC website. Ramolu brothers who run school were active in this business for last four years. Railway squad recovered 182 railway e-tickets purchased by Ramolu brothers through this software for 860 passengers. 12 rubber stamps, 60 hologram sheets, 2 CPU ad 1 printer are also seized.
This is not first such instance in Surat. Recently another tout was held using similar software. He had told Railway squad that he had purchased this software online from some Anand(central Gujarat) based unidentified person who used to communicate only through internet.
