Union minister General VK Singh while replying a question asked by media persons recently in Haryana about killings of a family had said: ….. “and every thing ( you would blame on govt? Suppose if) someone has beaten up a dog using stone, government would be responsible for it(that too)?
Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today during his Bihar election campaign twisted this remark and quoted it in these words, “Modi’s minister said, when a dog dies, what the govt has to do with it?”
So the comment of VK Singh which has been already twisted by scores of politicians and media persons was further twisted by Rahul, in a fashion that a dog refereed in original remark which was ‘beaten up with stone’ was declared ‘dead’ today!
