Chinese Overseas Land Development Company top brass meets Gujarat CM

China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) Company Overseas President Hongjing Zhao met with Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel here today and expressed the desire to join Gujarat’s march to development and extended cooperation to build Smart Cities.
CFLD has the experience of building 41 smart cities in China over land totaling 6,42,474 acres and is keen to help build ten Smart Cities in Gujarat-India with an investment of USD 20-billion during the next ten years.
Those present during the meeting included Chief Minister’s Chief Principal Secretary K. Kailashnathan, Urban Development Principal Secretary Rajiv Gupta and Principal Secretary S. Aparna.
