PM’s announcements for startups while launching Stratup India

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi while launching Startup India movement today at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi made several announcements for startups that include Rs 2500 crore fund each year for next four year, annual grand incubator challenge, IPR protection fast track approval mechanism, 500 tinkering labs, Atal Innovation Mission, self certification on labour and environment related issues. No inspector visit for 3 years, reduction in patent fee by 80%, one day registration for startup using a mobile application, 3 years profit exemption from Income Tax. The Prime Minister also spoke about a pending bill stuck in parliament to make a way for easy 90-day exit in case of failure of startup.
