Addressing a farmers rally in Odisha state, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today in his speech said conspiracies are being hatched to destabilize his government as it is asking NGOs to give account of foreign funds, but he is not going to derail, he is not going to stop, he is not going to get tired and he is definitely not going to succumb.
Modi while speaking about government’s neem coating initiative for urea which has prevented diversion of subsidized urea to chemical industries and black market said: These days you may have observed, some people day and night keep attacking me. Some people are occupying themselves for this task. It is because, first they are just not able to digest that a chai wala has become Prime Minister. Secondly, I have taken some steps that have made problems for some people. As we started neem coating of urea, will not those involved in diversion of subsidized urea to chemical industries get angry and help something that goes against Modi? They will keep raise their voice. Earlier foreign funding was coming to NGOs, we came to power and said, fine we don’t have problem if they get foreign funds, but at least give its accounts. As we started seeking accounts, they all gathered to attack Modi. Please tell me shouldn’t we seek details of spending of foreign funds? They conspire day and night that how to finish Modi, how to remove Modi govt, how to defame Modi. But you have elected me to keep the nation out of this situation. I know what is their problem, what makes them angry but nation will not be allowed to get looted, get damaged. I an not going to derail from the path that I have been assigned by you to walk on. ‘Mein chalit hone vala nahi hu, rukne vala nahi hu, thakne vala nahi hu, aur jhukne ka to saval hi nahi hota hai.”
