Surat to celebrate Tapi Utsav

The city of Surat is all set to celebrate Tapi Utsav like previous year. The Utsav is being organized by Tapi Art Promotion Initiative and South Gujarat University jointly at City Light based Science Center.

Painting and photography exhibition, Nadira Babbar’s Yeh Hai Mumbai Meri Jan, tribal south Gujarat artist Dahyabhai Vadhu’s Ramkatha, Kudiatram by Madhu Chakyar, Maya Krishna Rao’s walk, Asima Bhatt’s one-act play Draupadi, Vishwamohan Bhatt’s son Salil Bhatt’s Veena performance, fusion music by Niladrikumar and band, Muralal Marwada’s Kabir Bhajan, Robin Bhatt’s four-day workshop on screen play writing, scrap metal workshop, batik workshop, mosaic workshop, Kumudini Lakhia, Anil Relia, Arun Gupta, Rajat Dholakia’s lectures are some of the highlights of this year’s Tapi Utsav.
