Many women MPs spoke on women’s issues today in Lok Sabha on International Women’s day, but one speech that stood out was delivered by Satabdi Roy, a Birbhum MP representing Mamta Banerjee led Trinamool Congress. Satabdi’s speech is about five minute long but she conveys her views very well in this time. Other admired speech was delivered by actress turned politician Hema Malini which is also presented here in video.
