Zoom Air likely to start Surat – Delhi flight service early next year

Surat: Zoom airlines has shown interest to start Surat – Delhi flight from January next year, proposal for which has been sent to concerned government department. A copy of this proposal has also been submitted before airport director in Surat. If given permission which is most likely, Zoom is all set to start CRJ – 200 flight in January next year. Generally, starting of one or two flights is not big news for any city that has size of Surat. However in the case of Surat, even starting of one new flight is considered big news for the citizens who have in the past agitated for better air connectivity.
