Hardik Patel goes to Madhya Pradesh to meet cameras, held by police as expected
June 13, 2017
Neemuch (MP): Knowing very well that the administration is not going to allow him to step in the violence-hit area Mandsaur like many others including Rahul Gandhi, Medha Patkar, Yogendra yadav, Agnivesh, Sharad Yadav who were forced to return in last few days, quota stir leader Hardik Patel apparently made a plan to visit Mandsaur in order to meet TV cameras and grab attention. As expected Hardik was today arrested in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh by police in order to ‘to prevent the commission of cognisable offence(CrPC section 151)’ when he was heading to Mandsaur ‘to meet’ the kin of those killed in police firing last week. Hardik was accompanied by Janata Dal (U) leader Akhilesh Katiyar, who was also placed under arrest.
As the trouble is over in Madhya Pradesh and peace is prevailing, the State administration is in no mood to encourage the visits of trouble-makers, instigators and vulture tourists. The government has adopted a firm approach that let people in Mandsaur live peacefully again and there’s no need of parachute provocateurs who want to do politics over the sad incidents.
Hardik who is accused in several crimes in home-state Gujarat is out on conditional bail at present. One of the crimes he committed in Gujarat was captured in video in which Hardik was heard telling his supporter to kill some policemen. Madhya Pradesh police has adopted good approach to disallow the elements including Hardik Patel, Medha Patkar, left-wingers from JNU and others from entering Mandsaur in order to ensure peace.
