Birsa Munda Tribal University now functional in temporary building in Narmada district

Rajpipla: Formal inauguration of Birsa Munda tribal university took place at Rajpipla in Narmada district of Central Gujarat on Saturday.
The university has been started temporarily in Adarsh Nivasi school complex on Vavdi road. The university will have arts, commerce, science, law branches. Coaching classes for competetive exams such as IAS, IFS are going to be conducted here.
The university was set up on 1st April 2017 with initial grant of Rs 12.07 crore for administrative and other facilities. University’s own buildingg is going to be constructed over 25 acre land at Jitnagar near Rajpipla. 19 posts are approved so far of which 4 are filled.
