Notably in the letter Parmar has made allegations of mental torture against four police officials including two lady officials who were associated with the inquiry against him.
The family members of IB PSI Anil Parmar had filed an FIR in this regard in the Info-city police station yesterday. In the letter he has alleged that DySP Juliee Kothia, Neetaben Desai, H K Patel and R J Sawani who were associated with the inquiry had tortured him mentally.
