Ahmedabad: Now traveling from Ahmedabad to world’s tallest statue – the Statue of Unity – has become even easier. The Gujarat government arm, Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has started operating a dedicated bus service connecting Ahmedabad to Statue of Unity.

The bus for Statue of Unity parking lot (Navagam) leaves Nehrunagar bus stop of GSRTC daily at 6.20 am. It reaches Ranip bus stand at 6.40 am.The bus reaches Statue of Unity (Navagam based parking lot and hop-on-hop-off bus stand) after 4.10 hours of journey. Ticket cost is Rs. 283 from Ahmedabad. The bus travels via Vadodara and Dabhoi.

The bus in its return journey leaves Navagam road based parking lot of Statue of Unity at 7.00 pm and take 4.15 hours to arrive at Nehrunagar bus station of GSRTC in Ahmedabad. Ticket cost is Rs. 283 per seat. The bus has total 45 seats.

Journey for Statue of Unity from Vadodara Central Bus Stand starts at 8.30 am. It takes 2 hours to reach the Statue of Unity parking lot at Navagam. Ticket cost is Rs. 138. Return journey time is 19.00 hour.

Journey for Statue of Unity from Dabhoi through same bus start at 9.45 am. It’s 00.45 hour journey which costs Rs. 87 per person. Return journey time is same 19.00 hour.
