Congress councilors, office bearers join BJP in Bardoli: Kunvarji Halpati rejoin BJP in Mandvi

Bardoli: Five Councillors and three office bearers of Congress party in Bardoli have joined BJP. The councillors include Kalu Shah, Kasam Patel, Indira Vasava, Jignesh Solanki and Shilaesh Gamit. The office bearers who joined BJP include Bardoli Congress vice president Shoebbhai Bardolia, Mubark Patel, Tulsidas dhimmar.

With this Kuvarji Halpati and his supporters also rejoined BJP. Kuvarji had left BJP to contest Mandvi assembly seat as independent candidate in year 2017 assembly general election. Due to his rebel, BJP had lost Mandvi assembly seat. Those who were expelled from BJP in the past during Bardoli municipal election such as Kishor Chaudhary, Sanjay Khambhati, Nilesh Gupta and Ashok Patil etc are also inducted to BJP again.
