Over 2 lakh visit GIHED CREDAI Property Show; Spot finance of Rs.600 crore issued

Ahmedabad: The 14th GIHED CREDAI Property Show received an overwhelming response with more than 2 lakh people visiting the show over the course of three days, GIHED CREDAI said on Monday.

Being organized every year since 2005, the GIHED CREDAI Property Show is a one-stop destination for property buyers and investors, and a strong platform for developers to launch their projects.

Organized at the Gujarat University Exhibition Centre from December 27 to 29, the 14th edition of GIHED CREDAI Property Show featured more than 150 residential, commercial, office space, weekend homes, and other projects cutting across budgets and locations.

“We are very happy with the response the show has generated, and thank people of Ahmedabad for their faith in us. The number of visitors to the GIHED CREDAI Property Show was in excess of two lakh. Developers have reported a good number of inquiries as well as bookings during the show. We are confident that the buzz generated by the property show will have a positive impact on Ahmedabad’s real estate sector and boost property demand in the New Year,” said Ajay Patel, president, GIHED CREDAI, the largest association of real estate developers in Gujarat.

A statement issued by GHIEF CREDAI said, as many as 1,500 people availed spot finance of Rs.600 crore from banks and housing finance companies that were also a part of the property show.

“More than 10,000 people were issued sanction letters of Rs.5,000 crore at the show,” GIHED CREDAI said.
