Vadodara man Covid19 positive in Govt lab test, Covid19 negative in private lab test

Vadodara: Vadodara based journalist Niraj Patel who was tested positive in Covid19 test done by government health worker turned out to be Covid19 negative in private laboratory test.

Patel was among four Vadodara based journalists who were tested Covid19 positive on April 29. However Patel didn’t feel any symptom such as cold, coughing, fever or breathing problem. He later choose to spend own money for test in Ahmedabad based private laboratory. In fourth of May report of ICMR approved Unipath laboratory, Patel was declared Covid19 negative.

Nirajbhai in a video address to relatives and friends said, he would continue to be under isolation and go for another Covid19 test as per the government guideline.
