Covid vaccination programme to take a break on Wednesday across Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Vaccination programme against Covid-19 across Gujarat will be on break tomorrow on Wednesday. The State government has given a reason of Mamata Divas and other vaccination programmes for this break. However the move is largely attributed to lack of sufficient stock of vaccines arriving from manufacturers. Private vaccination at private hospitals may remain continue. Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has in its note stated that Wednesday off tomorrow is due to routine immunization such as BCG, Pentavalent, Measles – Rubella, Rota etc. in 0-5 years age group children.
