ACB nabs Home Guard Commandant, jawan in bribe case

Gandhinagar: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has booked an incharge home guard commandant and a home guard jawan of Jambughoda unit in Panchmahal district in Rs. 1800 bribe case.
Accused Rohit Bariya is incharge home guard commandant while another accused Chiman Bariya is home guard jawan.
They work at Khakhariya inter-district check post of Panchmahal – Chhota Udepur district along with three other home guards.
Accused Rohit Bariya, incharge Commandant had asked home guard jawan Chiman Bariya to collect Rs. 450 from each of three home guard jawans and bring in total Rs. 1800 to him.
As the other home guard jawan didn’t want to pay bribe, he contacted ACB following which a trap was arranged and and accused were detained. DeshGujarat
