Ahmedabad: A trader from Ahmedabad has filed a complaint against Raj Kundra in Mumbai crime branch and the cyber police for allegedly duping him of Rs 3 lakh.
As per this complaint, Raj Kundra’s Viaan Industries had promised the complainant to make him the distributor of an online cricket-skill based game named Game of Dot. Later, the complainant asked to return the amount of Rs 3 lakh invested by him as they didn’t keep their promise. Though, there was no response from Viaan Industries regarding the same.
The trader had filed a complaint with the Gujarat cyber department 2 years ago. He approached Mumbai police after Raj Kundra was arrested on 19th July in connection with an adult-film racket. Several other people are also cheated by the firm of Raj Kundra, as alleged by the complainant.
It is to be noted that Raj Kundra is in police custody at present and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) may possibly register cases of money laundering and violation of foreign exchange rules against him.
