No progress over MoU to set up China Industrial Park in Dholera: Gujarat govt

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government in a reply to the question asked by opposition MLA stated that there has been no progress over a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding setting up China Industrial Park at Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) in the State.
In reply to a question asked by Sojitra MLA Punambhai Parmar on the first day of two-day long Monsoon session of State Assembly, the Chief Minister in capacity of industry minister replied that an MoU was signed by M/S CASME (Beijing) Investment Management Group Co. Ltd on 30th September in year 2019.
He further stated that due to Covid-19 pandemic, no further progress has been made over this MoU regarding setting up China Industrial Park. DeshGujarat
