Police recovers 650 bags of urea from Danilimda based godown

Ahmedabad: Police has recovered 650 bags of urea fertilizers from Yogiraj Estate in Danilimda area of Ahmedabad city and booked 6 accused out of which 2 are nabbed while 4 are on run.
Bhavnagar market yard Vikramsinh and Harpalsinh had sent this stock. It was filled in ‘Shakti salt’ bag. Vishal Fabrics company’s staffer Binaben is among those booked in this case. Vishal Fabrics is unit of infamous Chiripal Group.
The scammers were diverting urea fertilizer bags under the garb of salt stock. Controversial Chiripal Group’s name has been surface as end beneficiary of this scam. It is prima facie believed that highly subsidized urea which was meant for usage for farmers was diverted for industrial use. DeshGujarat
