Private airlines face issues of lack of enough passengers in Saurashtra

Rajkot: The Trujet flight service between Porbandar and Ahmedabad has resumed after appeals by bodies including the Chamber of Commerce.

The Porbandar to Mumbai regular flight service of SpiceJet is stopped for the reason of lack of passengers. The chamber of commerce has appealed to the civil aviation department and SpiceJet head office for resuming the Porbandar to Mumbai flight.

In other development, Bhavnagar to Delhi SpiceJet flight service which operated for around four months was stopped from 1st December 2021 with the reason of low traffic. The service is suddenly stopped as the bookings were not sufficient, it is learnt. DeshGujarat
