Praveg announces new Gujarati News Channel; Yet to get license for the same

Ahmedabad: Praveg Communications India Limited, a private company headquartered in Gujarat in a press release dated today said it is gearing up to launch Praveg TV, a Gujarati News Channel. However the company has not yet received license to run a news channel.

The Company said it ‘has already initiated the license application process with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in order to accelerate the launch of Praveg TV in the form of a satellite news channel in the foreseeable future.’

A brand positioning of proposed channel shall be ‘Have Samachar Jova Gamshe’, roughly translating to ‘Now the news will be worth watching’.

Praveg Communications (India) Limited was formerly Sword and Shield Pharma Limited in which Praveg Communications Limited later amalgamated. Praveg Communications India Limited is an Event Management, Tourism, hospitality and real estate marketing Company catering to a large clientele including Gujarat State Government, large Corporate among others during last over 15 years.
