ACB Gujarat nabs Magisterial clerk of Prant Office in Morbi in bribe case

Gandhinagar: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has nabbed a clerk working with prant office of Morbi along with a middle man in Rs. 75,000 bribe case.
According to ACB, an accused magisterial clerk working with Morbi prant office, Nirmal Jilubhai Khungla had demanded bribe for order in favor of a complainant in farm land dispute case. The accused had first demanded Rs. 1 lakh bribe but later settled for Rs. 75,000.
As the complainant didn’t want to pay bribe, he contacted ACB on toll free number, following which a trap was arranged and a middleman was nabbed while taking bribe on behalf of main accused. Both accused are detained. DeshGujarat
