Ahmedabad Helicopter Joyride Service ; Online Booking from today

Sabarmati: Government of Gujarat through Aerotrans Services, will be starting helicopter joyrides from the riverfront, from 1 January 2022.

The inauguration for the joyrides would be done by Minister Purneshbhai Modi,Government of Gujarat from the riverfront helipad at 4pm on 1 January 2022.

The joyrides would be offered on every Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Each joyride would be for 9 minutes, with 5 passengers and costing INR 2,360 per passenger per joyride.

The joyride would be from the riverfront helipad to Narendra Modi Stadium and back. There would also be another route for the joyride which would be from riverfront to Science City and back. This route would start from mid-January 2022.

The schedule and the booking process for the rides would be published on the website of Aerotrans (https://booking.aerotrans.in/) as well as on Government of Gujarat web portals.

This would be the first time in India that people would get to experience helicopter joyrides at such an affordable price.

The management of Aerotrans stated that it is conscious of the current Corona infection situation and all precautions would be taken by Aerotrans while operating this service.
