Inauguration of Raiyoli Dinosaur Park Museum Phase-2 on June 26

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will dedicate the Dinosaur Museum Phase-2 at the first fossil park of India and the third fossil park of the world at Raiyoli in Balasinor in Mahisagar district on 26th June 2022.
The phase-2 of the dinosaur museum at the Fossil Park in Raiyoli is built at a cost of Rs 16.50 crore. The information about the history of dinosaurs from their emergence to destruction will be given at the museum through modern technology.
The museum has facilities such as 5D theatre, digital forest, 360 degree virtual reality, experiment lab, semi circulation project, mood light, 3D project mapping, and hologram.
The Gujarat Tourism department has built the tourist information center with various facilities at a cost of Rs 571.33 lakh from the grant of Rs 345 lakh from the tourism department of the Government of India and the grant of the state government. The phase 1 of the dinosaur museum in the interpretation center was built from the grant of Rs 703 lakh of the state government by Gujarat Tourism.
