July 07, 2022
Surendranagar: Nearly 160 cows have been killed by lumpy virus in Kondh village of Surendranagar district. The corpses of dead cows littered all over the village has spread fears of an epidemic breaking out. The administration is still not taking the issue seriously.
The matter has been compounded by the fact that the veterinary hospital in Kondh village, which is closed, has not been made functional looking at the current circumstances. The team from the district collectorate and the mamlatdar office have without even visiting the village sent a report that the situation is under control. DeshGujarat
